HOW DOES ONLINE COACHING WORK WITH SLF?
The SLF Online Coaching process follows a 5-step procedure to provide you the best coaching experience possible with everlasting results.

INITIAL CONSULTATION AND GOAL SETTING
After reviewing your application and confirming we have availability to set up 1-On-1 coaching for you, we will message you to schedule our first call together to go over your goals, training history, preferences, limitations, and expectations.
During our call together, we’ll define clear and achievable goals that align with your aspirations and create a roadmap to long-term success for your fitness transformation journey.

NEED ANALYSIS
Once we complete the sign up and onboarding process, we’ll conduct a thorough needs analysis to understand the training, nutritional, and lifestyle demands we need to set to get you optimal results.
This analysis helps us design a customized training plan that suits your lifestyle, schedule, goals and individual circumstances.
3.
CUSTOM TRANSFORMATION PLAN
Based on the information gathered from your Needs Analysis, we’ll create a comprehensive custom transformation plan tailored specifically to you and your schedule.
This plan includes personalized workout templates, nutrition coaching, habit checklist, and any additional strategies required to optimize your progress.

DIRECT COMMUNICATION AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Throughout the entire training process, you’ll have direct communication with your coach and have all the materials you need within the same app to ensure ongoing support, compliance, and guidance.
We’ll regularly review your progress, answer any questions you may have, and provide the accountability necessary to keep you on track towards your goals.
5.
PROGRESS SUSTAINABILITY AND ONGOING SUPPORT
Once your goals are achieved or you make a significant amount of progress through the training process—if you’d like to continue working with your coach, we will offer you a discounted monthly coaching membership rate where we’ll shift our focus towards progress sustainability and long-term success.
We’ll work together to establish healthy habits, maintain your achievements, and provide ongoing support to help you maintain your wellness, physique, and/or performance gains.
