Tommy Walker is the founder and driving force behind Sky Life Fitness. Tommy’s dedication, education, and experience allows him to provide elite level coaching to all his clients with a systematic approach for them to get the best fitness results possible for their wellness, physique, and performance goals. Tommy has overcome many obstacles in his life with his body and fitness such as battling obesity, dealing with chronic injuries, and lack of athletic ability when he competed in basketball. Tommy’s experience allows him to relate to his client’s problems and the obstacles they face to show that with hard work, dedication, and consistency that their goals can be achieved too. Tommy is one of the rare trainers that not only supplies valuable content for improving people’s fitness inside the gym but, also supplies valuable content to help people live a happy, healthy, pain-free life outside of the gym as well. Tommy works with a wide range of clients, but his ideal client is anyone with a big goal, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work hard. Tommy believes training for a sport, a strong physique, or a healthier lifestyle is all correlated with each other and with his skill set and coaching expertise, he is confident he can guide anybody to whatever fitness goal they wish to reach. CLARA WALKER

WELLNESS COACH

Clara Walker is one or our top wellness coaches at SLF. Her passion, empathy, and experience allow her to provide supportive care to each of her clients to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. Clara understands that health isn’t just about looking good, but about feeling good; it’s about the everyday habits you form and maintain consistently to help you be a better you. At a young age, Clara maintained a healthy lifestyle of daily walks, strength training at the gym, and eating a rainbow of foods in her diet. Most recently she practices yoga and stays fit by chasing after her one-year old daughter. Clara has also dealt with her own obstacles including battling an eating disorder and gaining weigh towards the end of her college years. She has learned that with the right goals and mindset you can have the lifestyle and happiness you want. If you are looking for a coach with a listening ear, an understanding of nutritional science, a background is psychology and someone who will be there with you every step of the way, Clara is the coach for you.
