When I first started working out, my biggest fear was getting too bulky. I used to always use the Stairmaster and booty bands for all my workouts, but it never gave me the results I wanted. That’s when I finally decided to give weightlifting a try and contacted Tommy to help develop a program for me. What impressed me most about Tommy was how much he knew about exercise and how detailed he was putting my program together for my ideal body shape. He helped me get rid of my fear of weightlifting and taught me everything I needed to do for my goals. After just a few months of working with Tommy I am no longer scared of lifting weights, I have so much more muscle definition than I ever thought I could have, and I feel stronger than ever.
