Tommy has been my personal trainer for a number of years. When we first started working together, I was going through a health crisis and adapting my lifestyle to make a positive change. Tommy researched my particular health issue, creating a workout plan that would not increase stress in my body while doing the exercises. His attention to what was necessary and his ability to push me through the use of weightlifting has increased not only my physical strength, but also my mental strength, confidence, self-esteem, and body image. For a woman in her 40s, this makes a huge difference in my life, my career, and how I show up for others. His personal coaching style focuses on technique in a casual and friendly manner, which causes me to look forward to our workouts—something else that was a huge mind shift for me. I’m proud at the progress I’ve made while working with Tommy. I stopped focusing on “thin” and started focusing on “strong”—something that will serve not only my resiliency as I get older but my wellness in everyday activities.
