"When I first started working with Tommy, I had never took fitness seriously and stuck mostly to cardio because I never knew how to lift weights before. After working with Tommy for several years now, I confidently lift in the gym by myself, hit new personal bests on my exercises almost every week, and have completed multiple races, including two half marathons, 2 10K runs and multiple 5K runs.
