Before working with Tommy, my workouts mainly consisted of running many miles per day. I had great endurance but struggled to lose weight and wanted to improve my strength and overall health before my retirement. After working with Tommy for just 1 year, he introduced me to weightlifting to help me get stronger, got me feeling healthier, and was able to get my bodyweight down to the same weight I was in high school at 66.
